Job Description-
--Day to-day supervision of all services such as reception, security, maintenance, house-keeping, , catering, waste disposal and recycling.
-Create and maintain a asset register. Help Management in identifying vendors for new assets procurement.
-Ensure ticketing, VISA, Travel Insurance activity. Ensure bookings of Hospitality services Domestic & International Hotels & Guesthouses asper the policy.
-Supervision of all vendors and contractors providing Admin related services such as Security, House-keeping etc.
-Make a list of all insurance dates and alarm reporting manager of the same. Initiate insurance for new assets.
-Ensure all safety norms are adequately followed as per the standards laid down.
-Should know organization's vision, mission, values and business ethics.

Salary: INR 50,000 - 2,50,000 P.A
