Checking the database for selected, rejected & on hold candidates as well as recruitment tracker.
Providing assistance in formulation and implementation of various HR policies.
Helping employees to understand and fill up the Performance Appraisal forms and co- ordination with their superiors for ratings to the juniors and involved in the complete PMS process (180 degree method).
Induction of new employees.
Responsible for Co-ordinating Training Programs, Compiling reports, interacting with faculty & participants and maintaining records.
Grievance Handling & Counselling of the employees.
Supervision of all HR operational activity: Joining, Offer letters, Appointment letters, Confirmation letters & Increment Letters.
Taking care of separation process including conduction of Exit interviews (Filling of Clearance form).
