Primary Duties and Responsibilities The Personal Assistant performs most or all of the following tasks:
Collaborate to maintain the CEOs complex calendars, coordinating every aspect of a busy calendar, which is subject to regular changes
After gaining knowledge of cycle/schedules, proactively schedule internal meetings between employees and the CEO.
Prepare and organize pre-meeting and post-meeting materials and reports as needed
Collaborate to submit all CEO expenses whilst following an established expense reporting process
Respond to email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate every aspect of meetings with outside visitors
Manage physical and network-based files and documents.
Proactively and reactively handle ad hoc requests for the CEO
Answer phones, manage voicemail and appropriately respond to external calls.
