Job Description

We are looking out for a Chartered Accountant with minimum 2 yrs. of experience. Please find the job role and responsibilities mentioned below-

Job description: -

  • The role shall include complete GST compliance including the filing of monthly and annual returns, identifying GST mismatches and tracking defaulting suppliers
  • filing of GST refunds, managing Zero-rated and deemed supply.
  • Liaises with the government agencies to ensure smooth processing of Refunds, audits and assessments
  • Custom compliance for import and export transaction including SEZ clearances and availing various export incentives including SEIS, MEIS, RODTEP etc.
  • RBI compliance including the filing of annual performance report, FLA and overseas direct investment to Foreign Subsidiary.
  • Review of client contracts for commercial understandings and negotiating to close a fair contract
  • Managing the sales transactions as per the applicable law and liaison with clients to settle their GST issues, TDS and payment related matters.
  • Ensure internal audits' timely conduct with the resolution of audit observations and implementation of recommendation(s) by internal auditors.
  • Continually reviews work practices and procedures for better operational efficiency; and potential issues in accounts, financial processes and controls and proactively raise issues (if any) both at Head Office and at branches related to taxation and other matters(PAN India).
  • Conducts regular training for the team related to the latest updates in taxation and other relevant laws and making necessary changes in the system.
  • Preparing MIS reports for the management to highlight pending compliance matters for taxation and labor laws
  • Profitably analysis of each project with cost control.
